Haiti: Début de la distribution des kits de vaccination dans le Nord Est

Il est à peine 6 heures du matin, ce 6 novembre 2007, lorsque les camions des militaires uruguayens de la MINUSTAH basées à Fort-Liberté, dans le département du Nord-Est, font ronfler leurs moteurs : c'est l'heure du départ pour la distribution des kits de vaccination dans les communes et les sections communales en vue de la campagne de vaccination contre la rougeole, la poliomyélite et la rubéole, une maladie dont des cas ont été diagnostiqués, il y a quelques semaines, dans la commune de Mombin Crochu.
